Glenquarie Anglican Church: Break The Cycle (BTC)

Break the Cycle was initiated in 2002 as the local church sought ways to respond in love and compassion in a community where many were struggling on low incomes and Government benefits. Break the Cycle currently offers an Emergency Relief Program to provide effective assistance to people in crisis/need/hardship. BTC is also involved in other initiatives in the community. Programs include seminars and discussions on relevant issues such as “coping with depression” and “coping with life and its problems” as well as being registered as an agency for “Work for the Dole”. 

The program continues to work in partnership with other agencies and services implementing strategies aimed at strengthening the local community.
